Yes. It rolls on hard floors and low-pile carpet. Very thick rugs slow it down.
Is it safe if my cat bites it?
The outer shell is soft silicone that is safe to bite, over a tough core. As with any toy, supervise play and remove it if it gets damaged.
How long does the battery last?

Can I wash it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth. It's splash-resistant (IP54), so don't put it in water.
