This Privacy Policy explains how "happycoatpets" we collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store (the "Store").

1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of any message you send us.
- Order information: the products you buy, order amounts, and payment confirmation. Your full card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by us.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at the Store, and cookie data (see section 5).

2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Store secure.
- To improve the Store and understand which products and pages work well.
- To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To show you relevant ads on other platforms (for example Facebook and Instagram), based on your activity on the Store.

3. Who we share your information with
We never sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Store:
- Shopify, which hosts the Store and processes checkout.
- Payment providers (such as PayPal and card processors), to take payment.
- Our fulfillment partners and warehouses, which pack and ship your order. They receive your name, shipping address, phone number and the items ordered.
- Shipping carriers (such as USPS, FedEx and regional couriers), to deliver your package and provide tracking.
- Advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta and Google), to measure and improve our ads.
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. International transfers
The Store is operated from Israel and our service providers may process data in the United States, Israel and other countries. When your information is transferred, we rely on our providers' safeguards to protect it.

5. Cookies and tracking
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the Store is used, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads at https://optout.aboutads.info and on our "Your Privacy Choices" page. Some parts of the Store may not work properly without cookies.

6. How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet tax and accounting obligations, normally up to 7 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of "sharing" your information for targeted advertising;
- not be treated differently for using these rights.

8. Children
The Store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
