These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the "happycoatpets" online store (the "Store"), operated by "happycoatpets" we, and to any purchase you make. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors, sizes and small details may vary slightly from the photos. Always read and follow the product instructions, and supervise your pet the first few times it uses a new toy, feeder or grooming tool. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice or care.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to hack or disrupt it, placing fraudulent orders, scraping content, or using the Store for anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Store, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo or other content, you allow us to use it on the Store and in our marketing. Please do not send anything that is unlawful, offensive, or belongs to someone else.

11. Disclaimer
The Store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the Store will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Store is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store when you place an order applies to that order.
